Capabilities of GenAI in Content Creation

In today’s working environment, GenAI has become a key supporting tool in digital content production, particularly in tasks related to data management and content preparation. These include processing and summarizing large volumes of information, structuring content systematically, and generating initial drafts of articles, images, or audio materials to serve as starting points for creative work. These capabilities stem from GenAI models being trained on large-scale datasets, enabling them to predict language patterns, select appropriate presentation approaches, and adapt content to specific contexts or target audiences to a certain extent. According to Forbes, the primary role of GenAI in content-related work is being an assistant rather than a replacement, helping to reduce repetitive tasks, technical workloads, and time-consuming activities such as initial drafting. At the same time, GenAI’s ability to operate quickly and continuously has led many organizations to adopt it as a means of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and managing increasing workloads. These factors have contributed significantly to the widespread adoption of the technology.

Limitations and Challenges of GenAI

Despite its high potential, several studies indicate that generative artificial intelligence still faces limitations across multiple dimensions in content creation. One major challenge lies in producing content that is both exciting and usable at the same time, which can lead to inaccuracies or content that does not align with reality (Mukherjee & Chang, 2023). In addition, GenAI faces issues related to neutrality and ethics, as the content it generates often reflects biases present in its training data (Karagoz, 2024). When compared to humans, GenAI also shows gaps in creativity, particularly in visual and artistic work that requires deep perception and cultural context (Rondini et al., 2025). Furthermore, when audiences are aware that content has been generated by GenAI, their perceived value of and emotional response to the work may decrease. This highlights limitations in consumer acceptance of AI-generated content (Raj et al., 2023).

The Future Collaborative Role of GenAI and Humans

Considering both its capabilities and limitations, the question of whether GenAI will replace humans may no longer be the most relevant issue. Instead, a more meaningful question is how humans can work effectively alongside GenAI. In practice, GenAI is not replacing humans entirely in the content creation process. Rather, it is reshaping human roles, from managing every detail of production to focusing on defining creative direction, designing concepts, ensuring quality, and adding value through meaning, context, and deeper perspectives. These areas remain strengths that GenAI cannot fully replicate. Content creators who can integrate their expertise, critical thinking, and knowledge with GenAI’s ability to process data and support technical tasks are likely to produce higher-quality outcomes. Such collaboration can enhance speed, efficiency, and overall content value compared to relying solely on either humans or GenAI.

Lastly, the changes brought about by GenAI extend beyond the adoption of new tools. They represent a shift in mindset, work practices, and expectations regarding the role of humans in the digital era. เพื่อเร่งส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมใน 5 ภาคส่วนสำคัญ ได้แก่ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศยุคใหม่ วัสดุใหม่ การผลิตอุปกรณ์ขั้นสูง ชีวการแพทย์ และพลังงานใหม่ กลุ่มบริษัทผู้บริหารอุทยานฯ ได้ร่วมมือกับสถาบันต่าง ๆ รวมถึงศูนย์ความร่วมมือด้านการตรวจสอบสิทธิบัตร (เทียนจิน) ของสำนักงานสิทธิบัตร ภายใต้สำนักงานทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาแห่งชาติจีน (CNIPA) เพื่อจัดตั้งช่องทางพิเศษสำหรับเร่งรัดการตรวจสอบสิทธิบัตรเบื้องต้น ช่วยย่นระยะเวลาการอนุมัติและการนำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์

นอกจากนี้ ศูนย์ความร่วมมือด้านการตรวจสอบสิทธิบัตร (เทียนจิน) และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้นำกลไก "หนึ่งทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่อหนึ่งสาขาเทคโนโลยี" มาใช้ ซึ่งการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบนี้ช่วยย่นระยะเวลาการอนุมัติสิทธิบัตรได้อย่างมาก จากเดิมที่ใช้เวลานาน 2-3 ปี ปัจจุบันสามารถดำเนินการให้เสร็จสิ้นได้ภายในเวลาเพียง 34 วันเท่านั้น

อุทยานนวัตกรรมแห่งนี้ทุ่มเทอย่างเต็มที่ในการสร้างระบบบริการด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอย่างครบวงจร ด้วยการนำเสนอแพลตฟอร์มการตรวจสอบรับรองแนวคิด เพื่อลดความซับซ้อนในช่วงเริ่มต้นของการแปลงผลงานวิจัยไปสู่การใช้งานจริง พร้อมทั้งรวบรวมแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับการทดลองนำร่องและแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับการพัฒนาให้สมบูรณ์ เพื่อเร่งรัดการนำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ อีกทั้งยังปรับปรุงห่วงโซ่การบ่มเพาะนวัตกรรม เพื่อสนับสนุนการเติบโตและการขยายตัวของสตาร์ตอัปด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอย่างเป็นระบบ

Tiankai Higher Education Innovation Park Core Zone Boasts 201 Independent Invention Patents

As of December 2025, Tiankai Square, the core area of Tiankai Higher Education Innovation Park operated by Tianjin Tiankai Development Group Co., Ltd., has fostered a total of 201 independent invention patents, according to the park, marking a significant milestone in the park's drive to become a leading hub for technological innovation.

Hailed as a flagship sci-tech innovation highland strategically developed by Tianjin, the innovation park is far more than a physical venue; it functions as a meticulously crafted innovation incubator.

Highlighting joint consultation, co-construction, and shared benefits, the park is positioned to serve as a source of sci-tech innovation, an incubator for research achievements, and an ecosystem for sci-tech service support, with a core focus on combining incubation and investment.

To accelerate innovation across five key sectors - next-generation information technology, new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing, biomedicine, and new energy - the group has partnered with institutions including the Patent Examination Cooperation (Tianjin) Center of the Patent Office under the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) to establish a green channel for expedited patent preliminary examination.

Complementing this, the Patent Examination Cooperation (Tianjin) Center of the Patent Office under the CNIPA and other relevant bodies have implemented a "one specialized team per field" mechanism. These synergistic efforts have drastically shortened the patent authorization cycle: what once took 2 to 3 years can now be completed in as little as 34 days.

The park has spared no effort in building a comprehensive sci-tech innovation service system. It has rolled out concept verification platforms to smooth the initial period of scientific and technological achievement transformation; assembled pilot-scale and maturation platforms to accelerate the commercialization of research outcomes; and refined its incubation chain to support the growth and expansion of sci-tech startups.

Tiankai Higher Education Innovation Park is dedicated to fostering an innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem where key elements such as application scenarios, talent, and technology interact dynamically, according to a senior management from the group, adding that as this thriving hub of sci-tech innovation continues to evolve, the park is poised to yield even more remarkable achievements in the years ahead.

 The promotion week for Shanghai's Qingpu District to facilitate high-quality Yangtze River Delta integration officially launched in Shanghai on Dec. 18, featuring a series of activities including guided tours for international guests, research report releases, and thematic seminars.

Co-hosted by Xinhua News Agency Shanghai Branch and Xinhua's News & Information Center, with support from the People's Government of Qingpu District, the event aims to showcase Qingpu's dramatic development transformation amid the synergy of national strategies.

It aligns with the district's three core development goals: establishing itself as a Yangtze River Delta innovation hub, the first gateway for Yangtze River Delta enterprises entering Shanghai, and the premier inbound tourism destination for ancient towns in China.

A highlight of the opening ceremony was the launch of the co-construction project for an international communication center to promote Zhujiajiao.

Leveraging Xinhua News Agency's global capabilities in news gathering, publishing, and distribution, the center will integrate multi-stakeholder resources to promote Zhujiajiao as a top inbound tourism hub for ancient towns in the Yangtze River Delta. Key initiatives include multilingual communication campaigns, integrated cultural and tourism promotion, and international exchange programs.

Qingpu has emerged as a thriving investment and entrepreneurship hub in the Yangtze River Delta. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), the district focused on targeted development in niche industrial sectors, accelerating the formation of a modern industrial system.

It has also attracted leading technology enterprises, universities, and research institutions, while fostering a robust innovation ecosystem through coordinated policy support, financial services, talent development, and entrepreneurship platforms.

Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030), Qingpu will prioritize the construction of the Yangtze River Delta innovation hub. Relying on platforms such as the Xicen science and technology innovation center, Shanghai west software and information park, and BDS innovation base, the district will actively pursue the establishment of a national inter-provincial high-tech zone.

 กิจกรรมสัปดาห์ประชาสัมพันธ์เขตชิงผู่ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการบูรณาการเขตสามเหลี่ยมปากแม่น้ำแยงซีอย่างมีคุณภาพ ได้เปิดม่านอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 18 ธ.ค. ที่ผ่านมา ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ โดยมีกิจกรรมหลากหลาย ทั้งการนำคณะผู้แทนต่างชาติเยี่ยมชมพื้นที่ การเปิดตัวรายงานวิจัย และการสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการในประเด็นสำคัญ

ขณะเดียวกัน ทางเขตยังสามารถดึงดูดบริษัทเทคโนโลยีชั้นนำ มหาวิทยาลัย และสถาบันวิจัยต่าง ๆ พร้อมสร้างระบบนิเวศด้านนวัตกรรมที่เข้มแข็ง ผ่านการสนับสนุนด้านนโยบาย บริการทางการเงิน การพัฒนาบุคลากร และแพลตฟอร์มผู้ประกอบการ

สำหรับแผนพัฒนาระยะ 5 ปี ฉบับที่ 15 (ปี 2569-2573) เขตชิงผู่จะเน้นหนักไปที่การสร้างศูนย์นวัตกรรมของสามเหลี่ยมปากแม่น้ำแยงซี พร้อมเดินหน้าจัดตั้งเขตไฮเทคข้ามมณฑลระดับชาติ โดยอาศัยแพลตฟอร์มสำคัญ อาทิ ศูนย์นวัตกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีซีเฉิน (Xicen) นิคมซอฟต์แวร์และสารสนเทศเซี่ยงไฮ้ตะวันตก และฐานนวัตกรรม BDS

รศ. นพ. ธีระ กลลดาเรืองไกร ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก และที่ปรึกษาศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการแพทย์ GJCOE กล่าวว่า ศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล มีพันธกิจหลักที่สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของศิริราชที่มุ่งสู่การเป็น “สถาบันทางการแพทย์ระดับโลก ที่สร้างสรรค์และบูรณาการองค์ความรู้สู่การเป็นผู้นำด้านสุขภาพ” เน้นขับเคลื่อนด้วยนวัตกรรม การวิจัยที่มีผลกระทบ และการดูแลสุขภาพแบบองค์รวม ซึ่งจะช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนชาวไทยและมวลมนุษยชาติ เป็นไปตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ ศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก พ.ศ. 2567 – 2571 คือมุ่งสู่การเป็นโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำ และผู้นำด้านสุขภาพที่สร้างสรรค์องค์ความรู้ระดับสากล ขยายบทบาทและขีดความสามารถทางการแพทย์เฉพาะทาง ยกระดับการดูแลสุขภาพที่มีมาตรฐานสูง ให้เข้าถึงประชาชนในพื้นที่ฝั่งตะวันตกและปริมณฑลอย่างทั่วถึง ดังนั้น การเปิดศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการแพทย์ GJCOE ในวันนี้ เป็นกลไกขับเคลื่อนวิสัยทัศน์ของศิริราชและศูนย์การแพทย์ฯ ให้เกิดขึ้นอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

รศ. นพ. ธีระ กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า “เพื่อส่งมอบบริการทางการแพทย์ที่เป็นเลิศ ศูนย์การแพทย์ฯ จึงยกระดับการเรียนการสอน และสร้างความพร้อมเพื่อการวิจัย พัฒนาการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการเจริญเติบโตของศูนย์การแพทย์ฯ รวมทั้งมีนโยบายให้จัดตั้งศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศแบบบูรณาการ ในชื่อ “ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการแพทย์ ศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก (GJCOE – GOLDEN JUBILEE CENTER OF EXCELLENCE)” วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการดูแลรักษาโรคที่ซับซ้อนให้ได้มาตรฐานสูงสุดเทียบเท่าศูนย์วิจัยและบริการทางการแพทย์ชั้นนำ มุ่งสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางและต้นแบบของผู้ให้บริการการรักษาที่เป็นมาตรฐานระดับนานาชาติ แสดงถึงความพร้อมด้านองค์ความรู้ของแพทย์รุ่นใหม่ ซึ่งผมเชื่อว่าจะช่วยขยายโอกาสการรักษาไปสู่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง ตลอดจนพื้นที่เขต 5 ได้รับการรักษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น” ผอ.ศูนย์การแพทย์ฯ กล่าว

ด้าน นพ. ตะวัน อินทิยนราวุธ ประธานคณะกรรมการศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการแพทย์ (GJCOE) กล่าวว่า GJCOE จะเป็นหน่วยงานที่รวมศูนย์บริการทางการแพทย์เฉพาะทางที่หลากหลาย โดยจะนำความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญของแพทย์จากคลินิกและศูนย์รักษามาบูรณาการร่วมกัน ที่ครอบคลุมบริการต่าง ๆ เบื้องต้นมี 2 ศูนย์การรักษาที่พร้อมให้บริการเต็มรูปแบบ ได้แก่ ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศผ่าตัดข้อเทียม (Joint Replacement Center) และ ศูนย์รังสีร่วมรักษา (Center of Interventional Radiology) อีกทั้งยังมีศูนย์ที่เตรียมพร้อมสู่ความเป็นเลิศอีก 3ศูนย์ ได้แก่ ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านโภชนาการและนวัตกรรมโรคไต (NICKD: Nutrition Innovation Center for Kidney Disease), ศูนย์ควบคุมน้ำหนักและรักษาโรคอ้วน (Weight management and Obesity clinic) และศูนย์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองแบบครบวงจร (Stroke Center of Excellence)

นพ. ตะวัน กล่าวอีกว่าจุดประสงค์หลักของการเปิดตัวในวันนี้ เพื่อประกาศยืนยันความพร้อมในการให้บริการทางการแพทย์เฉพาะทางที่ได้มาตรฐานสูงสุดของเรา ทั้งด้านบุคลากร เทคโนโลยี มาตรฐานบริการ สร้างการรับรู้และความเชื่อมั่นให้กับประชาชนที่จะเข้ามารับบริการที่ศูนย์การแพทย์ฯ เป้าหมายและกลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานของศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศ คือถ้ามีคนมารับบริการที่ศูนย์แห่งนี้ เขาจะมั่นใจได้ว่าจะได้รับการดูแลรักษาอย่างถูกต้อง ปลอดภัย ด้วยความแม่นยำ เสียเวลาน้อย และได้ผลคุ้มค่าที่สุด ดังนั้น ทิศทางของการให้บริการของศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการแพทย์ จึงเป็นเรื่องการประสานเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือในการดูแลรักษา ติดตาม ฟื้นฟู โดยยึดผู้ป่วยเป็นศูนย์กลาง โดยมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญในหลาย ๆ ด้าน นำองค์ความรู้มาอยู่ร่วมกันเพื่อแก้ปัญหา

“ปัจจุบัน เราพบว่าปัญหาสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยหนึ่งคนมีค่อนข้างหลากหลาย บางคนอาจมีหลายโรคที่ต้องรักษา หรือบางคนมีเพียงหนึ่งโรค แต่ต้องได้รับการดูแลรักษาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญหลายทีม ยกตัวอย่าง ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศผ่าตัดข้อเทียม เราดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าและข้อสะโพกเสื่อมแบบครบวงจรตั้งแต่ก่อนผ่าตัด ระหว่างผ่าตัด ไปจนถึงฟื้นฟูหลังผ่าตัด โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีหุ่นยนต์ช่วยผ่าตัด (Robotic-assisted Surgery) ที่เพิ่มความแม่นยำ ลดการบาดเจ็บของเนื้อเยื่อ ทำให้ผู้ป่วยเจ็บน้อยลง ฟื้นตัวเร็วขึ้น และปลอดภัยทุกขั้นตอน โดยมีทีมสหสาขาร่วมกันวางแผน ทั้งศัลยแพทย์เฉพาะทาง วิสัญญีแพทย์ พยาบาล และนักกายภาพบำบัด อีกศูนย์หนึ่งคือศูนย์รังสีร่วมรักษาระบบลำตัว ซึ่งใช้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง เช่น DSA, CT Scan, Ablation และ Embolization ในการรักษาโรคเฉพาะทางโดยเทคโนโลยีเหล่านี้ช่วยให้การรักษามีความแม่นยำสูง ลดภาวะแทรกซ้อน และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล ทั้งหมดนี้สะท้อนเป้าหมายของ GJCOE ในการยกระดับมาตรฐานการแพทย์ของไทย” นพ. ตะวัน กล่าว

ภายหลังพิธีเปิดตัวศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการแพทย์ มีเวทีเสวนาเจาะลึกเบื้องหลังความสำเร็จและทิศทางในอนาคตของศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการแพทย์ในหัวข้อ “วิสัยทัศน์ ความเชื่อมโยงกับศิริราช และ COE ในอนาคต” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศ. นพ. กีรติ เจริญชลวานิช หัวหน้าภาควิชาศัลยศาสตร์ออร์โธปิดิคส์และกายภาพบำบัด คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล และ ศ.คลินิกเกียรติคุณ พญ. อัญชลี ชูโรจน์ ผู้ก่อตั้งและที่ปรึกษาศูนย์รังสีร่วมรักษา รพ. ศิริราช ที่มาเล่าถึงบทบาทการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญของศิริราชที่เชื่อมโยงมาสู่ศูนย์ความเลิศ GJCOE

ศ. นพ. กีรติ เจริญชลวานิช กล่าวตอนหนึ่งว่า “ผมขอชื่นชมศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษกที่มีความตั้งใจที่จะยกระดับการรักษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ซึ่งสามารถทำได้ยอดเยี่ยมทัดเทียมกับศิริราช ซึ่งศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศผ่าตัดข้อเทียม (Joint Replacement Center) เป็นเครื่องแสดงว่าศูนย์การแพทย์ฯ มีความพร้อมที่จะดูแลประชาชนได้ครอบคลุมครบวงจร ทั้งบุคลากรทางแพทย์มีความสามารถ มีเทคโนโลยีการรักษาที่ใกล้เคียงกัน และที่สำคัญมีดีเอ็นเอที่ถ่ายทอดกันมาคือ ‘การดูแลผู้ป่วยด้วยหัวใจ’ ดังนั้น ประชาชนที่จะมาใช้บริการสามารถมั่นใจในคุณภาพการรักษาได้อย่างแน่นอน ซึ่งนอกจากการยกระดับศูนย์ผ่าตัดข้อเทียมสู่ความเป็นเลิศแล้ว ในอนาคตศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษกยังจะเป็นแหล่งฝึกอบรมแพทย์ประจำบ้านของสาขาวิชาศัลยศาสตร์ออร์โธปิดิคส์อีกด้วย เมื่อเราเป็นผู้นำได้แล้ว ต้องเป็นต้นแบบและนำพาผู้อื่นให้เก่งและเป็นผู้นำให้ได้เหมือนเรา”
