          The official Vivid Sydney 2017 program will be announced at an exclusive media event at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA) and live streamed at http://www.vividsydney.com/media-centre on Tuesday 14 March 2017.

          Vivid Sydney's Executive Producer, Creative Director and Curators will announce the 2017 line-up including local and international speakers, music acts, light installations and icon projections, and precincts that will feature at this year's event.

          Vivid Sydney, the world's largest festival of light, music and ideas, will run for 23 nights from Friday 26 May -- Saturday 17 June 2017.

          Vivid Sydney is owned, managed and produced by Destination NSW, the State Government's tourism and major events agency. The event, now in its ninth year, has been instrumental in reinforcing Sydney as the creative industries' hub in the Asia-Pacific region. Last year, a record 2.31 million people visited the event from around the world.
