TusPark Establishes an Overseas Science Park in the Cambridge Science Park, UK

          Recently, the opening ceremony of TusPark - Cambridge was held in the Cambridge Science Park in UK. Meanwhile, the topping-out ceremony was held for the Bio-Innovation Centre in the park.

          TusPark Cambridge is the first overseas science park invested by TusHoldings, consisting of 4 buildings and over 34,000 square meters office and laboratory space. TusPark Cambridge will join TusHoldings, a global leading science and technology service enterprise, and the Cambridge Science Park, a world-renowned hub of talents and industrial cluster, especially in the biotechnology field. The mission of the newly constructed Bio-Innovation Centre is to incubate start-ups and biotechnology enterprises, promote the development of biotech. As the first of Bio-Innovation Centre in the history of Cambridge Science Park, TusPark Cambridge will play a key role in TusHoldings' global network. The network will be instrumental in promoting the advanced science and technology innovation system of Cambridge and the UK in bio-tech to the world.

          In the opening speech, Sir Greg Winter, Master of Trinity College, University of Cambridge, stated that TusHoldings has become a major strategic partner of Trinity College, University of Cambridge. The collaboration between TusHoldings and Trinity College will bring new strategic development opportunities for the Cambridge Science Park. Trinity College will work with TusHoldings closely in the fields of life sciences, digital technology, energy storage and environmental protection, thereby providing innovative solutions to major global challenges.

          Mr. WANG Jiwu, Chairman of TusHoldings, said the cooperation of TusHoldings and Cambridge is an milestone in TusHoldings' global innovation network development. TusPark Cambridge will make every effort to realise its motto of "Taking Science and Technology as a Belief", and "Serving the Science and Technology, and Serving with Science and Technology" and strive to promote the two parties' collaboration in technology innovation resources and ecosystem. In the next 3-5 years, the collaboration is projected to bring together global talents, facilitate the commercialisation of  technology breakthroughs, and globalisation of local companies.           The ceremony was also presided over by Julie Spence, Lord Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, MA Hui, Minister of the Embassy of PRC in the UK, WANG Yan, Vice Chairperson of Tsinghua University Council of Tsinghua University, WANG Shugui, Chief Operating Officer of TusHoldings and other representatives of two countries also attended ceremony.
