Warwick consolidates Mayfair collection with Green Street portfolio addition

Warwick Investment Group has acquired two freehold buildings on Green Street to increase its footprint in Mayfair and further expand the size of its rental portfolio across Central London.

This completes a very busy 12 months for the US private equity firm as they continue to consolidate unbroken freehold investment blocks across the golden post codes of Prime Central London.

With a rental portfolio across 21 buildings, under its emerging rental brand, Warwick is now a key private landlord across Mayfair and Belgravia with the goal of becoming a top 10 private landlord in the UK capital.

The Green Street portfolio is comprised of two Victorian red brick freehold buildings in the heart of Mayfair and marks the first time the buildings have ever traded. The two buildings total almost 10,000 square feet of residential accommodation ranging from one to three-bedroom multifamily apartments.

The purchase is highly strategic to Warwick given its proximity to their recent off-market purchase of the historic multi-family building at 13/13A North Audley Street. 

The acquisition strategy is consistent with consolidating clusters of great buildings in core neighbourhoods to create a diversified portfolio of scale across Central London.

BioLineRx Enters Co-Development Agreement with GenFleet to Further Develop Motixafortide in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC), Advised by MSQ Ventures

M.S.Q. Ventures ("MSQ") is pleased to announce that its client, BioLineRx Ltd. ("BioLineRx") (NASDAQ/TASE: BLRX), has successfully entered into a co-development agreement with GenFleet Therapeutics, Inc., an immuno-oncology focused biopharmaceutical company based in Shanghai, China, for the development of Motixafortide in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma ("PDAC").

Under the terms of the agreement, GenFleet will design and execute a randomized Phase 2b clinical trial that will enroll approximately 200 first-line metastatic PDAC patients in China. This randomized controlled study will aim to evaluate the superiority of Motixafortide in combination with an anti-PD-1 and chemotherapy compared to chemotherapy alone, the current standard of care.

 London and Malta based fintech CityFALCON closed an equity fundraising campaign on Seedrs of 1.65m ($2m) to scale up the business and bring even more insightful products to market faster.

UL Solutions Officially Opens Second Major Laboratory in Vietnam to Service Consumer Electronics, Wire and Cable, Appliances and Lighting Industries

 The laboratory provides Vietnam's manufacturers comprehensive safety, performance, quality, reliability and certification testing services that address regulatory compliance and destination market access.

UL Solutions, a world leader in applied safety science, has officially opened a new laboratory in Hai Duong. Complementing UL Solutions' existing offices and laboratory in Ho Chi Minh City, the Hai Duong facility marks the company's second Vietnam laboratory. It will service a diverse range of products for customers across multiple industries, including consumer electronics, wire and cable, information technology equipment, lighting and small appliances.
