Transforming Pride as an “Economic Platform” connecting multinational corporations, government sectors and entrepreneurs to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) to international standards — scheduled for 26 – 27 June at BEAT Active, BITEC Bangna.
Pride Show 2026, Asia’s first LGBTIQ+ business expo, will be held in Thailand on 26–27 June 2026 at BEAT Active, the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangna. Backed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), Deutsche Bank, and a coalition of domestic and international partners, the event marks the region’s largest business and cultural gathering of the LGBTIQ+ community during Pride Month. Over two days, the programme centers on B2B ESG forums, workshops on translating diversity into corporate and national competitiveness, and the advancement of the so-called “Pink Economy,” alongside international exhibition spaces spanning commerce, society and culture — including Drag Arena International, staged in partnership with Yellow Channel.
Pride Show 2026 moves beyond the format of a conventional event to become an “economic platform” that systematically connects multinational corporations (MNCs), publicly listed companies (PLCs), government agencies and LGBTIQ+-owned small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Running across two full days at BEAT Active, BITEC Bangna, the expo features keynote addresses from senior business leaders and is headlined by a symbolic bell-ringing ceremony, “Ring the Bell for LGBTIQ+ Equality,” opening Thailand’s agenda for LGBTIQ+ economic equality. The campaign is an initiative of the UN Human Rights Office (OHCHR), the UN Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative (SSE), the UN Global Compact (UNGC), Koppa — The LGBTI+ Economic Power Lab, and Open for Business, with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), TransTalents Consulting Group, Deutsche Bank and UNDP Thailand serving as official co-hosts alongside Pride Show 2026 as the hosting platform. Fourteen stock exchanges worldwide have joined the global campaign to date, with Thailand the first participant in Asia. The programme also features panel discussions on diversity and sustainability, performances by leading queer artists under the “Thailand’s Drag Stars” banner, and the Pink Market, a marketplace for commercial innovation and creative goods running throughout the event.
“Pride Show 2026 is more than an expo championing the strength of the LGBTIQ+ community — it is Thailand’s equal economic agenda. We want to convert social momentum into tangible value, unlocking the potential of a pink economy worth more than THB 10.3 billion (approximately USD 280 million), by systematically connecting leading organizations with LGBTIQ+ entrepreneurs on the Pride Show platform, and by setting a diversity standard for Thai business on the world stage — establishing Asia’s hub for the diversity economy,” said Gritapat Setachanatip, Managing Director of Messe Asia Co., Ltd., organizer of Pride Show 2026.

About Messe Asia Co., Ltd.
Asia-Pacific’s events market remains fragmented and lacks a unifying scale. Even industries of significant global influence — composites, medical cannabis, digital society, the wellness economy and sustainability among them — still lack a flagship regional event that meets international standards, draws the right audience, and commands genuine credibility. Messe Asia was founded to close that gap. Rather than pursuing scale for its own sake, the company builds quality-driven events that compel procurement professionals, materials engineers, physicians and sustainability officers alike to reserve the date — because each is the one platform where an industry’s genuine decision-makers convene. Headquartered in Bangkok, Messe Asia operates from two leading venues, the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) and the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). Its event portfolio is built deliberately, one show at a time, and launched only once an industry is genuinely ready.
