Itoki Corporation has won the top-ranking gold award in the product design category of the prestigious international iF DESIGN AWARD 2017 of Germany. Its winning product is the FLIP FLAP Chair.

The idea for this multifaceted design came from "origami," the Japanese art of paper folding. The chair bends in three dimensions to support a range of postures. With a straightforward and simple structure, the chair offers a new sensation, and prevents the user from tiring easily, even when working long hours.
