    BANGKOK--18 Jul--PRNewswire/InfoQuest

Distinguished corporate and academic speakers from Thailand, the United States and around the world slated to present impactful methods for leaders on driving change

How do today's leaders drive real change in their organizations? In an era of "always on" learning, how can leaders maximize the potential of their executives or their students?

On Wednesday, July 25, MIT Sloan School of Management —one of the top-ranked business schools in the world—joins Sasin School of Management —one of the top schools in Southeast Asia—in hosting Bangkok's first  Action Learning Conference to be held on the Sasin campus at the Sasa Patasala Building Soi Chula 12, Phyathai Road, Bangkok.

Action Learning, an impactful teaching method that is increasingly applied in management education and executive leadership training, enables teams and organizations to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-life management challenges to drive change and innovation.

Distinguished speakers from Thailand's corporate, finance, banking, academic and political sectors will join top MIT Sloan and Sasin academics to share how Action Learning methods are being applied to shape management education, improve leadership practices in corporations, and drive social change in the Asia-Pacific region.

Since 2002, 625 MIT Sloan Action Learning projects across five graduate-level lab courses have been engaging students across Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam. Fifteen Action Learning projects have taken place in Thailand since 2009, many of which are now conducted jointly with Sasin.
