TMRW by United Overseas Bank (UOB), ASEAN's first mobile-only bank for the region's digital generation, has received industry recognition for being a pioneer in digital banking. TMRW won five awards in the second half of 2019, reflecting the industry milestones achieved by the digital bank in areas including biometric authentication, customer engagement and interactive Artificial Intelligence (AI) developed from the use of transaction data.
TMRW was the first bank in Thailand to enable fingerprint authentication, making it possible for customers to open a bank account and to authenticate their identities without having to visit a branch.
The digital bank was awarded Best Biometrics Initiative by The Asian Banker in May, Best Digital Bank by AsiaMoney in July, and Best Bank for Millennials, Best Customer Centric Business Model and Outstanding Client On-Boarding and Account Opening by The Digital Banker in September.

We appreciate the recognition by the industry and are committed to continuing our efforts to provide a simpler, more transparent and more engaging experience for our customers through the use of data and customer feedback."
TMRW translates transaction data into actionable insights that make the banking experience interesting and fun while enabling customers to be smarter at saving and spending. As customers spend more time with TMRW, the mobile-only bank becomes even more familiar with their wants and needs in order to serve each one better. Through TMRW, customers will be able to experience first-hand emerging technologies of the future, such as Virtual Reality games as well as an interactive AI learning and Chatbot.
