Whale Cloud powers up vertical industry digital transformation with Alibaba Cloud in APAC region

          Whale Cloud participated in this year's Alibaba Cloud Summit, which took place in Suntec Singapore on May 30th, where over 1,000 customers, eco-partners, and industry allies from the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region joined together to share the insights and practices on innovating and extending business possibilities with Alibaba's data intelligence.

          Under this summit, Yang Bo, chief solution officer of Whale Cloud APAC participated as a guest speaker at "APAC Partner Summit". He delivered a speech on the topic "Power Up: Reinventing your business with AI, Cloud and Data Intelligence", which explains the partnership and collaboration between Alibaba Cloud and Whale Cloud on enabling vertical industry digital transformation.

          "We've built our enterprise-class business mid-end, data mid-end and AI mid-end based on Alibaba's cloud computing infrastructure as well as big data and AI capabilities. On top of that, we offer tailored solutions such as Intelligent Customer Service (WhaleTalk), Intelligent Marketing, New Retail, and IoT solutions for enterprise customers, including telecom operators, tourism and gaming, government, financial institutions to improve their customer experience and streamline operational efficiency," said Yang Bo.

          "Whale Cloud has been working in the APAC region for the last 15 years, mainly in the telecom industry. We started our cooperation with Alibaba Cloud in APAC last year since the strategic investment. We have successfully expanded our market landscape from telecom operators to vertical industries," said Mr. Chen Yishi, General Manager of Whale Cloud APAC. "We now have an APAC headquarters in Singapore, as Singapore is the ideal location and a dynamic market in the APAC region and we want to get more involved in the 'Smart Nation' initiatives of the Singapore government. We will start from here and radiate to more countries and industries in APAC, bringing big data and intelligence to more industries, improving the operational efficiency of traditional industries, and injecting a 'Smart Brain' into more industries and jobs. We are here in APAC, and we are for the digital APAC."
