BANGKOK--29 Jan--PRNewswire/InfoQuest
Recently, KCP Energy Saving Co., Ltd. of Thailand announced a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongshang Guoneng Group Xiamen Branch and Hengli Shengtai Graphene Technology Co., Ltd. KCP's director Alexandra Davis said that graphite, an allotrope of elemental carbon, has a wide range of industrial applications and commercial value. It can be widely used in metallurgy, chemical, machinery, medical equipment, nuclear, automotive, aerospace and other fields. Graphene nanotechnology is a breakthrough in the physical application of graphite, a technology that can be used to develop new energy-fast lithium-ion batteries for automobiles. The agreement points out that KCP will combine the graphite field in Fujian, China to promote the application of graphene nanotechnology.
In the 1760's, the first industrial revolution which represented by the steam engine swept the world. During the second Industrial Revolution, the steam engine was replaced by an internal combustion engine. With the progress of science and technology, the contradiction between humans and nature has resulted in warmer temperatures, the hole in the ozone layer, energy depletion and other environmental degradation. This has caused concern for many national governments. Mankind cannot fully solve the global problem of environmental degradation by using technology yet.
KCP, Zhongshang Guoneng Group Xiamen Branch and Hengli Shengtai will jointly promote the application of graphene nanotechnology. Graphene nanotechnology is a key technology to manufacture lithium batteries for new energy electric vehicles, solving the problem of low manufacturing efficiency and poor quality lithium batteries in electric vehicles, with the mass production of lithium batteries. New energy vehicles is also conducive to protecting the environment.
KCP is committed to using science and technology to solve the problem of deterioration of the environment. With research advisors, 2004 Nobel laureate, Professor Geim of the University of Manchester, and Professor Konstantin Novoselov, KCP has made breakthrough technology progress in the field of science and technology in recent years.
Alexandra Davis said that in order to protect the environment, KCP will use the latest scientific research, combined with the mature technology environmental protection experience.
