Lim-Loges & Masters, a premiere firm in the field of transition management, interim management, and executive search, is pleased to announce that Tay Kay Luan has joined LLM and its transition management team for Asia Pacific. He focuses on organizational design.
Kay Luan, who is based in Malaysia but knowledgeable across the Asia Pacific region, brings more than 30 years of consulting and practical experience in implementing change programmes involving strategy clarification, organisational design and development, talent development and performance management to LLM.
Kay Luan has also held senior leadership positions in Hay Group and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he successfully led projects on developing competency models for the public sector, transformed HR systems for corporatized organisations, built leadership competencies for public listed companies, delivered career development models and re-aligned reward and recognition for oil and gas, banks, insurance companies and family-owned businesses.
Kay Luan was a member of an expert group responsible for the development of the Andersen human performance model and framework. He was also in the BNM (Central Bank Malaysia) Steering Committee to oversee the transformation of professional education and standards for banking.
Kay Luan is a Certified Training Professional in strategy and delivery. He obtained his MSc. Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and B.A.(Hons) Social Science from Kingston University, London. He completed the Advanced Business programme at INSEAD.
