Chiba Prefecture Mascot "CHI-BA+KUN" Featured in Thai Train-Wrap Ads

          - "CHI-BA+KUN" Promotes Chiba's Attractions at Japan Expo Thailand 2016 -
          Chiba Prefecture is running trains wrapped with ad paintings from January 11 to February 29, 2016, on Thailand's high-speed Airport Rail Link which connects Suvarnabhumi International Airport with Phaya Thai Station, featuring "CHI-BA+KUN" (pronounced "Cheeba-kun") and other attractions of Chiba prefecture in Japan.

          CHI-BA+KUN will also participate in the Japan Expo Thailand 2016 in Bangkok to promote the train ads in particular and Chiba Prefecture.

             The train-wrap ads will feature CHI-BA+KUN as well as the prefecture's sightseeing spots and events popular among Thai people, including strawberry picking, local trains, tulip flower gardens, and the famous stone Buddha statue in Japan.
          2. Japan Expo Thailand 2016
             Japan Expo Thailand 2016 is one of the largest shows of its kind, designed to introduce to Thailand the attractions of Japan such as culture including pop culture, food, travel and various regions. Chiba Prefecture will have a booth at the Japan Expo Thailand 2016 site and also have its costumed mascot character CHI-BA+KUN appear on the show's Travel Zone stage to promote the attractions of Chiba.
